Drupal 8 and earlier versions supported
Drupal is the king of complex content management systems, and Drupal 8 has brought Drupal into the modern era. Drupal is our first platform choice when there is a specific need for it or when it exists on a client’s existing site(s). We use Drupal for small and large, complicated and simple, data-intensive sites or sometimes for situations where we want to manage several websites in a single interface. Drupal excels with special vocabularies and uses a single concept (the node) and extends it to do wonderful and amazing things.
While Drupal has a reputation for complexity, it has improved significantly in the latest release. We speak both Drupal and WordPress fluently, and sometimes we even have a need for both on the same site.
Drupal comes with more than 11,000 custom modules like Drupal Views (to control how lists and tables of content are presented). Like any content management system, you can often find a module that comes close to providing what you need for a certain business function, and Watermelon can perform the custom Drupal development that gets that module to the finish line for your business purpose. Drupal is a bit steeper on the learning curve, but like anything, once you work with it a little, it comes.
