We built the Goodwill Job Connection website as a means for Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette to bring more attention to their ongoing service of helping people in the community overcome barriers to employment. In addition to an initial SEO report on keywords and the performance of comparable sites, we worked closely with GICW in creating a modern non profit website design and developing an attractive, easy-to-use, and accessible website to anyone seeking assistance with finding gainful employment in their service area. The final website featured an intuitive translation interface to help ESL speakers be able to access resources, as well as a dynamic form to route incoming requests to the nearest available employment counselor to the requester’s location.
