Industry leaders from the fired kiln arts world wanted to create KilnArts.org, a one-stop website to promote the industry where people could go to learn about fire arts, and access classes and supplier locations. We created a dynamic system for them using the WordPress Content Management System where class instructors and suppliers can easily input and manage their own information (hours, class times, images, etc.) and website users can search for classes and suppliers by location, dates, category, and more. With thousands of class listings, and hundreds of supplier locations, the site is a huge success and is an incredible resource for professional artists, hobbyists, and those just starting out.
