What About Pricing?
Each project that we accept is as unique as the business behind it, and Watermelon Web Works does not use package rates for this reason. All services are billed at an hourly rate. You are billed only for the time we spend on your project. If we estimate 10 hours and it takes 7, you are billed for 7 hours. Certain projects require a 25% advance payment.
Technical Support
We take pride in our detail-oriented, customer-focused support. From server support to site upgrades to content management system training, we use the latest software and techniques to make your technical support experience as smooth as possible. Each email sent to our team is automatically entered in our state-of-the-art ticketing system, where we can assign the best person to answer your question with high levels of visibility and accountability. In addition, we use a variety of tools for collaborative video conferencing and file sharing to provide hands-on assistance from our experienced staff.
